RealFlight G 5 is coming!!!

RealFlight G5 esta por ser lanzado al mercado! :D

Y con esta nueva versión que promete mucho entretenimiento RealFlight G5 se aleja aún más de la competencia!

Con la generación G5 del RealFlight, los pilotos podrán competir en varios eventos, como corte del listón y otro que suena muy interesante por que trae el título de "¿Quién es el piloto más feroz del RealFlight?" con una conexión a Internet en modo Multijugador podrás desafiar a otros pilotos en línea, en un concurso para saber quién es el piloto más feroz del Real Flight?

Los pilotos pueden activar el sistema de orientación y el seguimiento de un solo oponente. También pueden ver los perfiles de cada uno de los jugadores para comparar puntos. Además, podrán utilizar sus propios auriculares y micrófonos para chatear en vivo mientras se desarrolla la batalla!

Esto ya lo incluye desde la versión 3.5, tal vez hayan creado cabinas elaboradas para dar la sensación de que esta uno dentro de una cabina real de un avión, que eso seria genial!

El RealFlight G5 también ofrece otro concepto único, el First Person Viewpoint (Punto de vista desde primera persona), que permite al piloto obtener diferentes puntos de vista desde el avión (cabina de vuelo, la cola, etc), permitiéndoles obtener una perspectiva muy original. Con respecto a los modelos R/C, el Real Flight G5 ahora incluye, siete aviones nuevos y tres nuevos escenarios de Vuelo en 3D. El lanzamiento al mercado será a finales de octubre de 2009.

El G4.5 cuesta 200 USD, pero la diferencia del G4.5 contra la competencia es que incluye in mando de la calidad de un futaba de 6 canales, la sensibilidad de los mandos y palancas es la misma que encuentras en un radio verdadero y eso te da la confianza de que cuando agarres tu radio con el que vuelas no sientas diferencia, además de que a través del interlink también puedes conectar tu radio y dos personas pueden usarlo en ventana dividida o si tienes computadora con tarjeta de video de doble cabeza pues cada piloto volara en su pantalla.

Lo común es que salga en el mismo precio, aun no se sabe, pero va a estar muy entretenido y vas a practicar con mas diversión y menos aburrimiento, es curioso pero dentro del G4.5 he hecho amistades con cuates de varios países como España, Puerto Rico, EU, Alemania, Hawai y otros más! Jeje

La tendencia es a hacer esto más interactivo y más humano, en el G4.5 ya se puede platicar con micrófono y auriculares en tiempo real, supongo que en el G5 ya mejoraron los codecs de compresión para hacerlo mas estable y rápido, porque ahora se pueden conectar hasta 32 jugadores, eso es un gran paso! :p

yo en estos precisos momento ando actulisanod mi licencia del real cuesta 30 usd actualisar a 5g y lo del control si es muy bueno si usas futaba pero si unas jr el controlito no te acomoda por eso solo uso el interlick como interface para mi jr

Lo malo que hacer eso con tu radio es que le vas a meter muchas horas de vuelo virtual y te lo vas a acabar más rapido! :p

Los juegos nuevos que incluye para combate virtual el G5 son:

Además de muchas mejoras más, pero lo mas fregón es que por fin crearon un plan para poder actualizar tu vieja versión del G3, G3.5, G4 o G4.5 a la versión G5 ya que el software es compatible con los interLinks de estas versiones anteriores y la verdad creo que lo actualizaré, a ojos cerrado vale la pena tenerlo! El costo de la actualización para los que tengan el Interlink original vale $80USD

Así que nada esta perdido señores al contrario, creo que ahora si los creadores del G5 se pusieron bien las pilas!

RealFlight G5!

RealFlight G5 is here -- and look out, this one is ready for battle! How would
you like to go head-to-head in aerial combat with 31 of your closest friends (or enemies)?
G5 can make that happen, with four different combat events. Outfit your aircraft
with streamers...arm them with rockets...fire machine guns or paintball markers.
RealFlight G5's new combat feature brings an exciting new dimension to R/C
simulator flying.

G5 also has greatly enhanced Multiplayer capabilities. Now, up to 32 pilots can
fly together over the internet or an LAN. You can host a huge fun fly or dogfight
to your heart's content -- with models that are instantly repairable, and without
spending gas money traveling to events.

Voice Chat, too, has been improved over previous versions. Using your headset, you'll
be able to talk in real time with everyone else in the Multiplayer session.

Combat...what's it all about?

RealFlight's new combat features are impressive to say the least. Four different
basic games are available: Streamer Cut, Rocket Wars, Combat and Paintball. G5's
targeting system lets you to select an opponent and track him throughout the virtual
world. When you get your targeting pips on him...fire!

In Streamer Cut, all participating aircraft are equipped with different colors
of streamers. You receive points each time you clip an opponent's streamer. Points are
displayed on the Scoreboard Multiplayer gadget -- and they're deducted if you crash.
You can fly from a fixed point on the simulation or from one of G5's many new points
of view (more about this later).

Rocket Wars is your editor's favorite -- lots of noise, smoke, and fire! Make
no mistake, a great deal of skill is required to score a kill. These rockets don't
track their intended target. But if they get close, they'll explode and score on it.
Flying from the cockpit is especially fun and challenging in this mode. You'll see
rockets go by and hear them exploding behind you...and you'll know when you've been hit.
Of course, hitting the red button gets you back up and flying instantly.

Combat incorporates both rockets and machine guns, and it can get crazy. If
you miss your opponent with a rocket from long range, you can try to get him from up
close with your guns. But remember: He's trying to get you, too.

Now it's time to get messy. Like Combat, Paintball can be wild at times. Paint
splatters everywhere. And just as with real paintball markers, the speed of the paint
balls is not that fast -- you'd better lead your target well. Each airplane has a
different paint color, so you'll know who is after you. Both the new Sopwith Pup and
the big P-51 are available for this scenario. You may want to start with the slower
speed of the Sopwith, as a P-51 battle can really heat up!

Multiplayer enhancements

Thirty-two different pilots can now fly at the same time in a Multiplayer session.
Even with this many flying at the same time, the frame rate remains very fast. And
with the enhanced Voice Chat, your conversations are basically as good as being face
to face.

In G5, the host can automate a Multiplayer session, setting up different flying
scenarios from a fun fly to all-out combat. The computer can automatically switch from
event to event after a host-determined amount of time. If you wish, set up multiple
game lists with your favorite events; then, just select a menu item to run the game.
G5 comes with several pre-programmed scenarios, too.

New game gadgets are also available to enhance your Multiplayer experience -- including
Pilot status, targeting and targeting ring. And you'll be able to create and share your
own pilot profile, choosing an avatar, name, location, tagline, favorite color and more.
The profile keeps track of how many hours you log on RealFlight. That number can be scary
at times!

Camera views

G5 could become the version of RealFlight known as the "pick-a-view" version. When
flying at a 3D site, you'll have many different views available...and you can add
even more.

A few of the views available with many of the aircraft are: fixed (ground); cockpit (some
cockpits now have incredible details); nose; chase; wing (looking at aircraft); tail camera;
looking back at the aircraft and looking out over a wing. These can all be toggled from
the keyboard or selected via the menu.

Not enough views for you? Add more! You can add multiple cameras to the aircraft
anywhere you'd like. You can place them out in front, to the side, behind, under or
over -- even make them movable. You name it, it can probably be done with the aircraft
editor. During a combat game, try a cockpit view that pivots to follow the targeted
aircraft!

Significant improvements have also been made to these editors. You now have different
backgrounds to select, and different screen layouts to better suit your needs. Adding
components is simpler than ever before.

He leido en rcuniverse sobre esta nueva versión del realflight, en general los comentarios de los miembros en ese foro es que es " pan con lo mismo " ya que no cambia radicalmente la operación del programa.

Sus comentarios están basados en la experiencia con la versión 4 vs 4.5 la mayoria concuerdan en que no hubo enormes diferencias ( a excepción de algunos aviones más ) entre ambas versiones y es cuestión de marketing pero nada más.

Un comentario que tambíen se repite mucho es que por pura casualidad saldrá a la venta a fin de año :) como la versión 4.5 en el 2008, sera cierto o tienen que ver las compras de fin de año ?

Si tiene mejoras, en el Engine y pues a lo mejor algunos no lo notan, pero yo que vuelo todos los días virtualmente en línea con cuates de otros países te aseguro que tiene mejoras en cuanto al desempeño de los compresores de audio y en cuanto al manejo, envío y recepción de paquetes de datos, así como también en las funciones de Chat, detección de colisiones y otras mejoras que a simple vista no se notan.

Si no lo usas para volar en línea no lo notaras!


Yo si considero independiente mente de las mejoras en el Engine, que los juegos que le metieron hacen una gran diferencia, ya no para la practica sino para la diversión, y como se dice con los niños, se aprende mejor jugando; yo conozco a varios que dicen que no les gusta agarrar el simulador porque se aburren y allí tienen su simulador prácticamente nuevo y sin usar y pues creo yo que los juegos integrados darán una buena opción para no aburrirse a los que no les gusta tanto agarrar el SIM y poder practicar divirtiéndose.

Para los que quieran practicar sólo maniobras pues esta el G4.5 o G4 que son la neta y para quien quiera más diversión, pues también esta un nueva opción en G5 que la verdad creo yo que si hacia falta. :D

Creo que el G 5 es una buena opción para quien no tiene un simulador, como mencionas muchos solo lo usamos para practicar vuelo.

Como muchos otros programas de computo por ignorancia y falta de interés, no se conocen la cantidad de opciones que ofrecen y se utiliza un % minimo de su capacidad.

Personalmente el 4.5 es más que suficiente para mi uso.

1.- que sin compraste y que version?

2.- que caracteristicas tiene tu compu (RAM, Tarjeta de Video, etc)

3.- ya actualizaste el SIM via internete?

ps ya tengo pedos para instalarlo.... no reconoce los numeros de serie del software ni del interlink,,,, los pongo una y otra ves en el launcher y nada... alguien sabe que me esta fallando???
